Usually one or more churches decide to bring me to their area, or an organization which provides services to cancer patients hosts me in order to offer emotional and spiritual support as well. I can be especially helpful if you want to start a Christian-based cancer support group and am willing to offer training for group facilitators too. 
I have spoken at small-town churches with Amish folk and no stoplights, and at national medical conventions in Las Vegas and Colorado Springs…and everything in between, including two trips to Mexico with a Spanish interpreter!
